under SERVICE from Rudi R you see the same problem.
The point is: you must continue and repeat it several times !
Until you see SERVICE you can be sure there is no correct OS installed.
Unless you have not installed a working OS, you cannot use your CC2.
Try to load the OS with the download tool, as it is written in the handbook.
You find the download tool after installing the software from the utility CD.
I prefer the newest OS version from Henrik, as it fixes some bugs and it is fast.
You can find it on this site, I think under OS & CC2 Download.
