Hello Eric,
i now have the same problem with the CC2Download.exe.
The errormessage of the Downloadprogram is truncated in the display.
The full and translated errormessage:
'CommunicationError - truncated echo of Datarecord (4/35...'
It looks like a bug in the C-Control 2 operating system, which is reponsible for receiving the assembler-file.
The comunication between the operatingsystem and the downloadprogramm seemms to echo every
Intel-Hex-Datarecord. For the 9th Intel-Hex-Datarecord the Downloadprogramm misses this echo.
Because of this bug, the operatin systen can only receive 8 Intel-Hex-Datarecords.
Until now, i havend found a cure for this bug.
PS: i am very interested in your disassebled and annotated version of the os.hex
